Early-access terms

1. Supplier. [OWNER_LEGAL_NAME_OR_SOLE_TRADER_NAME], brand [OWNER_BRAND_NAME]. Paddle is Merchant of Record/online reseller and handles payment, transaction support and returns/refunds. We provide software, format, ZIP and entitlement support. Production wording must match Paddle approval.
2. Product and price. US$12 one-time early-access licence. No subscription or automatic renewal. It is for the buyer to process exports they lawfully possess and may use; no resale, policy evasion or unauthorised content.
3. Current delivery. Local preview for whitelisted formats, deduplication, Markdown/CSV/counts-only report ZIP and same-browser opaque entitlement recovery, within the limits shown on the product page.
4. Excluded. No account connection or scraping, third-party content, cloud sync, AI rewriting, mobile/desktop app or guaranteed support for every Kindle history/language variant or future update.
5. Local responsibility. Keep source exports and downloaded backups. The tool does not modify source files; closing/clearing the browser loses undownloaded in-memory results.
6. Support. [OWNER_SUPPORT_EMAIL], expected response [OWNER_SUPPORT_RESPONSE_TIME]. These placeholders are not an SLA and block publication until confirmed.
7. Refunds. See Refund Policy. Mandatory law and higher Paddle protection remain unaffected.
8. Trademarks. [OWNER_BRAND_NAME] is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Readwise, Amazon Kindle or Obsidian.
9. Unconfirmed legal items. Governing law, liability limits, age, business address and tax disclosures require owner/professional confirmation before production publication.
